SDVOSB Certification

TDB is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company as defined by the Public Law 106-50 and Public Law 108-183.

TDB is certified by the Association for Service Disabled Veterans (ASDV) the only national certifying organization for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. ASDV is a national association that is establishing greater economic participation for service disabled and prisoner of war veterans. TDB is also registered with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) and can be found in the VETBIZ data base.

The passage by Congress and subsequent signing into law by President Bush of Public Law 108-183, the Veterans Benefit Act of 2003, ushered in a new age of opportunity for Veteran owned companies. Section 308 of Public Law 108-183 mandates set-aside and sole-source procurement opportunities for Veteran owned businesses doing business with the federal government.

Public Law 109-461 establishes Department of Veterans Affairs contract goals for participation by small businesses owned and controlled by veterans.
