TDB is a privately held corporation with principal ownership by two individuals. Our CEO, Terry D. Bryan, is a Service Disabled Veteran and the majority shareholder. Mr. Bryan has 35 years in management and key leadership roles, including 27 years in the telecommunications industry in executive positions. Laird P. Simons, President, co-founded the company with Mr. Bryan. Mr. Simons has 25 years in the telecommunications industry serving in key leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President and General Manager at Sprint.
